NIIT University Latest Updates
NIIT University has launched the BTech Data Science programme, providing a comprehensive framework for students to enter the fast-growing field of Data Science. This program integrates theory and practical application to equip students with essential skills.
NIIT University has opened admissions for its MTech programmes including MTech in Educational Technology and MTech in Geographic Information Systems, which emphasize a unique admission process focusing on overall knowledge rather than just marks.
NIIT University is now accepting applications for its MTech Geographic Information Systems Programme. Prospective applicants who wish to apply under the Regular Admission Mode must follow the provided procedure.
The PGDTRM Programme will start from October 14th at the NU Campus. It is mandatory to be part of the residential programme for the first 6 months before students go for the 6-months paid internship period.
Admissions are open for the second intake of the PGDTRM programme, which commences on November 11th, 2024.

NIIT University Application Process 2024
The application process for NIIT University is completely online. The NU application Process is discussed below.
- Applicants answer a questionnaire describing their aspirations and their reasons for choosing Engineering/Management as a career option.
- Then, applicants appear for the NIIT University Aptitude Test (NUAT).
- Next, applicants meet with the Faculty Advisor and the Admission Advisor.
- Finally, applicants undergo a Student Personal Interaction (SPI) with the NU-AIP Panel, which is followed by the parents’ meeting with the panel.
In case a student has decided not to appear for any Engineering entrance examination, they have to undertake NUAT. This test is mandatory for every candidate who has not appeared in JEE-Main/ BITSAT/SAT/NEET/ any state Engineering entrance examination. For detailed information, students can visit NU Admissions.
